Some come, some go...

When things change fast they can throw you a curveball.
I've been friends with this girl for many years, we skied, raced and hung out and did lots of things together. We both had CP so we were 'gimp buddies' (we can say that about ourselves).
So Heres the Story,

She invited me to a hockey game, and said she would pick me up. I did go to church earlier so I didn't get home till just after 6. I just got in, supper was ready, it would of taken me legit 5 minutes to eat if I had to. I invited her in for supper, she didn't.  She told me to get in.

I told her I was going to eat dinner before we went to the game.... this was at 630. The game isn't till 800. So we had lots of time. She kept on telling me to get out, and I insisted that I was going to eat my mom's good tasting stew. She legit pulled in to my house and then texted saying get in and then pulled out two minutes. She drove across the city to pick me up (which I am thankful for), but couldn't wait five minutes to allow me to eat a healthy meal... come on... I was not raised that way. It blows my mind that people can act this way.
In addition, my leg is acting weird and locking up when I walk, so it takes longer to walk and get around.
She did say that the tickets were available at the box office when I got there. I told her I wasn't coming, and then she told me to F*** Off. I was so taken back that she drove across the city and then left.

I guess the good people stay in your life.
