Disabled Parking

Disabled parking is meant for people who have a disability or some type of condition that makes it harder for them to walk long distances or walk in general. Disabled parking is not meant for people who do not have a disability (or are lazy)... go figure? But it seems like people like to park there, wait, and have their normal running child run to the car... people this is not a drop off/pick up spot. Nor is it a quick spot when you have to run in and get something REALLY FAST.... trust me I've heard it before.

I walk with crutches and walk slower than the average person. Therefore I am spending more time in the cold, when its winter and the longer I have to walk outside, the higher chance I have of falling on the ice.

Just for reference the disabled placard and parking stall look like this ---^

Please, if you do not have a placard, do not park in a spot. They have been made for reason, if you park there, life can be a bitch and Karma might smack you to the ground, and then you may need to park up close.
